NORDIC MINIATURE PINSCHER
Welcome to this small kennel in the heart of Copenhagen's Inner City, where the Miniature Pinscher breed is raised with great passion, love, respect, and a strong focus on health and temperament.
Life as a City Dog
Our life in the city 🐕🦺 🏙️
We live in the Inner City of Copenhagen, where the dogs are used to the sounds of the city, people, and everyday life. They follow closely in daily routines and feel safe in many different situations. City life gives them valuable experiences with new impressions, handling, and social contact, while they also find peace in familiar, homely surroundings.
FROM LEGENDS TO NORDIC MINIATURE PINSCHER
My interest in the Miniature Pinscher began in my childhood. At the age of 15, I got my very first Miniature Pinscher of my own, and since then, the breed has held a very special place in my heart. Over the years, I have had several Pinschers, each of whom has taught me something about the breed’s temperament, needs and strengths, and given me valuable experience with behaviour, training, bonding and the everyday life with a Pinscher.
Today, my breeding is built on years of experience, combined with respect for the breed’s unique characteristics and needs.
My dogs are in the household
Fenya and Frida are a big part of my family and everyday life. These two girls have very different personalities, which have contributed to my experience with both puppies/young dogs and senior dogs, as well as their different needs and temperaments.

Fenya and Frida share a common ancestor, among others,
The Exigor line through Exigor's Bingo In Black.
The connection goes back several generations
MY PACK
GRIBSKOVEN'S ETTA -
FENYA VON HERMANN
D.O.B.: 07. April. 2021
SIRE: Semper Ante From Russia With Love
DAM: Gribskoven's Daisy

Fenya is a very intelligent and extremely quick-learning female with a big personality and an important part of our everyday life and pack.
In many ways, she resembles her mother, Gribskoven's Daisy – "sting like a bee 🐝" – small, fast and with a sharp eye for her surroundings. Fenya is unusually good at reading people and moods and clearly understands much of human language. She quickly picks up words, tone of voice and context and responds accordingly, which makes her both very easy to work with and highly aware of everything going on around her.
In everyday life, Fenya is strongly people-oriented, quick to learn and clear in her body language. She is quick to sense moods and reacts to them, which makes her both sensitive and attentive. She is loving and funny in safe surroundings, but also independent and thoughtful, and she needs to be able to withdraw when she processes impressions. She thrives best with calm, clear and secure people around her and blossoms when she feels understood and met at her own pace.
In breeding, the focus is on finding a male with a calm and stable temperament who can complement her sharp intelligence and create a good balance. Fenya contributes both intelligence, sensitivity and a strong bond to her people, and her role is to be a loving, attentive and harmonious part of this small community.
FRIDA BANDITTA VON HERMANN
D.O.B.: 11. Juli. 2011
SIRE: Rødkildes Choko
DAM: Vedhauges Jolly

Frida is my senior girl, soon to be 15 years old, and an absolutely indispensable part of the pack. ⚓️
Frida is my oldest Miniature Pinscher and has been a part of my life for many years. I have had Miniature Pinschers before her, but Frida has had a special impact on my understanding of the breed’s temperament, personality, and mental strength.
She is a female with a strong character, clear will, and a powerful presence. Frida is attentive to everything happening around her, and she has always had a natural self-confidence that is very typical of the breed. At the same time, she is closely attached to her people and follows everyday life with great interest.
Within the pack, she has a calm and experienced role, where she often observes more than she participates, while still keeping an eye on everything. She is at peace with herself and, with age, has gained a more thoughtful and calm expression without losing her personality.
Frida is not part of the breeding program, but she is an important part of our everyday life and has, over the years, helped shape my experience with the breed and the way I work with my dogs today.
DOG HEAVEN

MY FIRST TWO MALE DOGS OF THE MINIATURE PINSCHER BREED
Choco and Choko became the names of two brothers from the same litter – they came into the world as a fantastic team. Both boys worked really well together in the pack and got along just fine in everyday life, and they could hardly be without each other. Life was full of speed and energy with these two wonderful and gorgeous males – but that is life with two pinschers 🐾

RØDKILDES CHOKO
☀️ 25.04.2008 - 09.11.2021 🌈🕊️💚
Choko was a real mama’s boy who loved extra cuddles and care. He was the beta in the pack and always very eager to perform. He was intelligent, fast, and very athletic.
In his legacy, Choko has left behind two litters – with Frida from the first litter of puppies. She is a true copy of the physical appearance of her father’s genes.

RØDKILDES COCO
☀️ 25.04.2008 - 04.10.2017 🌈🕊️💙
Coco was a little charmer, but also a true alpha in the pack. He was intelligent, quick to learn, and extremely eager to please his owners. A truly muscular male of the breed, with a very well-balanced temperament.
Coco never left any offspring behind, despite his good genes. However, he has left so many wonderful memories.
When life takes unexpected turns and feels like it’s working against you
When the two wonderful male dogs first came into the home, it was together with a then-partner. There were so many good thoughts and dreams about the future. But sometimes things change in life. What stands out most is that it was an emotional rollercoaster, going from a pack of three dogs to just one.
And yet… despite everything, the best decision was made for the beloved fur babies – the boys went to live on Lolland with a lovely and wonderful little family in 2014.

My first time as a dog owner

GUCCI
☀️ 2006 - 2008 🕊️🩷🌸
The first encounter with the breed as an owner was a wonderful time and a lifelong lesson
Gucci was the very first Miniature Pinscher, and it was an incredible gift to be allowed to share life with her. The first meeting with her was during a visit to Thailand, where there are family roots. A friend of the family in Thailand, who at that time bred Miniature Pinschers, had just had a litter of puppies while the visit was taking place. It was impossible not to fall in love with the breed – a type of dog that appeared incredibly elegant in the way it moved and behaved, and whose energy level matched perfectly. Its intelligence made a strong impression and was captivating from the very beginning. After much persuasion, the mother finally gave in.
Gucci eventually came to Denmark from Bangkok after a long process and a demanding journey for such a small dog. Gucci had a pedigree and was registered with the FCI in Thailand.
The memories are filled with joy and countless happy moments. Gucci instilled a deep sense of responsibility for pets: that the time together is precious and something to be cherished every single day.
Being very young and inexperienced with canine diseases and symptoms, it became a difficult but important early lesson about animals’ vulnerability and limited lifespan.
Symptoms of uterine infection can develop rapidly, become critical, and have fatal consequences. 💔🌈🕊️
